      There should be a narrative alternative for this. '

      There is no adequate coding systems for dietary allergies, but more important, the record should be aware of patient strong likes and dislikes as well as intolerances and allergies Likes and dislikes could apply to brand and the way something is prepared e.g.. h to the preparation as to the content. E.g. "Throw up when I eat mashed potato- But lover French fries.

      This is probably a field that a dietician would enter into their system Not part of the initial order from the provider-
