      Is there any example besides the questionaire.which i think has flawed assumptions, e.g. about the need for data element as required intermediate entities . And forbids the simpler mechanism of defying the question and its answers as single entity (the way you see them in drug master files and test master files and in LOINC

      Much more thought has to be given to this space

      Should also be a way to save the answer list (maybe not all value sets) by value rather than by reference in some cases.

      The requirement to go through a terminology servers also seems too constraining and possibly problematic for performance. Shouldn't there be a way for local systems to directly fetch from local data bases or cashes the answer lists they need for a purpose.
