      Comment:

      why not use the word "order" in medication. Prescriptions are most commonly thought of as the things you carry to pharmacy- think more generally (and also following the 20 year history of V2. prescriptions should be called medication orders- using the same approach as nutrition orders ( Where are nursing orders in this structure
