      Existing Wording: code: Body temperature (Details :

      {SNOMED CT code '415945006' = 'Oral temperature', given as 'Oral temperature'}

      ;

      {LOINC code '8310-5' = 'Body temperature', given as 'Body temperature'}

      )

      value: 39 degrees C (Details: SNOMED CT code 258710007 = 'degrees C')

      Comment:

      Since in the US vital signs including temperature and regulations have specifically required LOINC codes , showing both SNOMED and LOINC codes might be confusing, But if you do include both. Should point out that the LOINC code you use is the one required by meaningful use, But for the record but loinc has a precoordinate code for oral temp= 8331-1,, so the SNOMED code and LOINC code given are not equivalent. Either need some statement explaining the choice or better alignment
