I found it very difficult to read and to follow. Presume that nothing is send spontaneously, but to accommodate RESTfulness, a lab with new results sends notice that they are available to an interested party, and that the interest party then asks for the result(s). Need more background and explanation of the parallels and differences with V2- The huge (and practically) only source of messaging at present.
