      Existing Wording: Schedule.actor has resource type of "Any"

      Proposed Wording: Update to match to participant.actor

      Comment:

      The type of actor should be limited to resources which can realistically be scheduled, not any resource. This should be consistent with the types of actors supported by Appointment.
