Comment:

I don't believe that ALL of CCDA has been put into FHIR, but the focus has been mainly on the MU2 data (Common MU Data Set plus related items), as prioritized by Argonaut and DAF. While FHIR contains more than the Common MU Data Set, there are less frequently used sections and entries of CCDA, especially those note needed for MU2 – that have not yet been covered.
