I commented on this in the last ballot (comment #176 and #177), and both were deferred, with lots of agreement in the disposition comment that it is confusing to blend both the request and the response in a single Supply resource, which is inconsistent with how other resources (Order, Device, Communication, Procedure, Appointment) are handled. I raise it again to keep in "on the current radar."
