      Existing Wording: many, and we think too many, rows of the table contain this text: Unknown - not stated by committee

      Comment:

      The concept is so important, and we think actually has been answered by many committee, that we need to handle this table in some automated fashion. We should push committee to define, and update where this has already been defined.

      Note that AllergyIntolerance, 4.1.3, shows this: for .status: unconfirmed | confirmed | resolved | refuted | entered-in-error

      Maybe the concept of entered in error is not critical, for example, maybe NutritionOrder.status = canceled is sufficient to handle the entered in error concept, and if so we should just document this.
