Existing Wording: Procedure.RelatedItem.ProcedureRelationshipType

Value set contains two values that sound the same, but with different definitions:

• "because-of" is defined as "This procedure had to be performed because of the related one."

• "caused-by" is defined as "This procedure caused the related one to be performed."

Proposed Wording: Rename and change definition to make relationship source and target procedures clear.

• "cause-of" definition: "This (target) procedure had to be performed because of the related one."

• "caused-by" definition: "This (target) procedure caused the related one to be performed."
