      Comment:

      Is this in 80% of EHR systems? Isn't it usuallly just in notes? These seem reasonable for anticipatory purposes, but doesn't it break FHIR's 80% approach for core Resources? If these are included here, shouldn't we consider other non-80% but anticipatory/forward-thinking attributes elsewhere?
