      Comment:

      There is a need for a document describing how the most common types of data communicated in health care should be represented using FHIR. For example, the vMR Logical Model had this type of a section. E.g., how should you represent – billing data, laboratory results, problem list data, etc. This should be provided rather than having users read through each appropriate-sounding resource and trying to figure this out (e.g., looking through both Condition and Encounter resources to try to figure out how Encounter Diagnoses should be represented).
