There is no "AppointmentRequest" resource, just "Appointment". However, will add differentiation in the introduction that Appointment is used for booking/scheduling purposes while ReferralRequest is an initiation of care or a transfer of care.

      Comment:

Please clarify the boundaries/relationship for ReferralRequest and an appointment request. E.g., my patient has diabetes and needs to be seen by an ophthalmologist to have a retinal exam. How do I do this? Which FHIR resource should I use? It seems like it could be a ReferralRequest for an ophthalmologist, OR an appointment request with the ophthlamology clinic.
