      Comment:

      Radiation dose and duration extension values are used at study level. Typically more detailed radiation dose information would be recorded in DICOM SR radiation dose reports or CDA imaging reports. Also it is unclear which modality-specific radiation dose parameters have to be considered for quality purposes (this comment also has been submitted on HL7 FHIR® Profile: Quality, Release 1 - US Realm (PI ID: 1125))
