Proposed Wording: A specific date/time or interval of time durnig which thte administratin took place (or…..).

Comment:

There are many settings where the majority of administrations are specific dateTimes and rarely an interval of time. In other settings you will see a fairly even mix of both specific date times and intervals of time.
