      Comment:

      The relationship between the subscriber and the Coverage is that of person, not patient. My daughter just had care, but I am the subscriber, and she is the member with respect to coverage, and the provider's patient. I have NEVER been a patient in her pediatrician's practice, nor at my wife's OB/GYN practice. Patient would only be applicable at my physician's office under my coverage.
