Profiling, especially by the spreadsheet method, requires better "how-to" documentation. Everyone using FHIR needs to understand profiling. It a sense it is more important than the core. But the documentation is scant. The only way the QICore team managed was by trial and error and frequent 1-on-1 coaching from Lloyd. We have to get to the point where a novice can read the documentation, and successfully create a profile.
