Existing Wording: identifier: RXA-25-Administered Barcode Identifier? (V2 def'n of RXA-25 refers to the 'give' occurrence; appears not to discuss 'administer' cardinality which would seem to be 0..*)

Proposed Wording: identifier: RXA-25-Administered Barcode Identifier

      Comment:

      Removed "?"

      Removed parenthetical v2 comment

FHIR description for identifiy, "External identifier from non-FHIR system". An external barcode reader likely qualifies as an external system, therefore removed the '?'.

Removal of parenthetical comment: Does not appear that 'identifier' would address the V2 need to provide an identifier for the instance of the administration as the RXA-2 does in V2. This may be an ommision for the medicationadministration resource, but does not appear to be handled this element therefore not recommending that RXA-2 be mapped to this element. Addressing this issue is outside of the scope of V2 mapping.
