Contract is supposed to be used for consent directives, but there is no example to show where to communicate consent status (granted, refused) and advance directive details? Also, what if the patient communicates these things without a formal contract? The Contract resource is immature, too generic, too vague, too heavy for advance directives and privacy directives, and lacking meaningful examples.
