      Existing Wording: Claim.coverage.focal is a boolean, with definition "The instance number of the Coverage which is the focus for adjudication. The Coverage against which the claim is to be adjudicated."

      Comment:

      If focal is a boolean, then why does the definition imply that it an "instance number"? I would prefer to explicitly pass the primary, secondary, tertiary coverage sequence instead of only a primary boolean indicator
