Is MedicationStatement.status the status of the medication order/prescription or the status of the compliance statement (taking or not)? The definition sounds like it is the definition of the statement (compliance taking med) whereas the value set sounds like it is the status of the MedicationPrescription itself (i.e. in-progress = The medication is still being taken)
