      Existing Wording: The conditional update operation allows a client to update an existing resource based on some identification criteria, rather than by logical id.

      Proposed Wording: Remove

      Comment:

      The standard should not include support for conditional updates. This action between a server and client should occur as a Search + Update, as it gives clients the opportunity to vealidate the resource they are looking to update prior to modifying content within the server
