Proposed Wording: Values should follow standard cytogenetic nomenclature.
Comment:
If value constraints are applied at this level, then the system of chomosome specification needs to be replaced with one that works for all use cases. For example, some organisms have more than 23 pairs of chromosomes. As another example, simply specifying bacterial would not work by itself, because some bacteria have multiple chomosomes.
