Currently there is no element to capture the type of risk assessment. For example, a suicide risk assessment could be identified by SNOMED CT 225337009. The proposal is to add RiskAssessment.type or RiskAssessment.code field (type CodeableConcept). An example value set for this element should also be provided, e.g. any code that is-a SNOMED CT 225338004 (Risk Assessment).
