      In systems when it is possible to represent an anatomic pathology report, for example, as multiple independent documents (e.g. the prelim document, the final document, and the addendum), we are lacking the ability to link them together via the DiagnosticReport resource.

      Interestingly enough, it looks like the DocumentReference.relatesTo and Observation.related allows us to "link" the documents/observations together....but I'm not seeing this same capability via the DiagnosticReport.
