However, the AllergyIntolerance.substance definition wasn't updated, such that it still implies the element is a substance or class.

Current definition is "Identification of a substance, or a class of substances, that is considered to be responsible for the adverse reaction risk"

Proposed definition expansion to "Identification of a substance, or a class of substances, that is considered to be responsible for the adverse reaction risk or an affirmative statement that the patient has no allergies or no allergies within a given category, such as no known drug allergies"
