      Existing Wording: 2nd paragraph, 2nd sentence: The display and definitions are equivalent to a special designation with an implied designation.use of "primary code/designation" and a language equal to the Resource Language.

      Comment:

      The value set expansion for designation.use does not include 'primary code/designation'
