Will use the US Core profiles for Organization and Pratitioner.

Will not use the US Core profile for Patient and MedicationRequest because certain Must Support elements will not be populated in this use case. Instead, will:

      • align to these US Core profiles to the extent possible and document the alignment, identifying differences so that implementers are aware of them
      • create a tracker item documenting each conflict, attaching the IG's profile
      • obtain formal approval from the US Realm SC or Cross-Group Projects WG
