      Will not use the US Core profile because certain Must Support elements will not be populated in this use case. Instead, will:

      • align to the US Core profile to the extent possible and document the alignment, identifying differences so that implementers are aware of them
      • create a tracker item documenting each conflict, attaching the IG's profile
