      Existing Wording: status

      Comment:

      It's unclear that 'confirmed' and 'unconfirmed' add value. A status of "active" or "current" would be a useful fact, but confirmation is orthogonal to whether the condition is of concern. An allergy may be both confirmed and resolved.
