Will add active as an ancestor for "confirmed" and "unconfirmed" for those systems that don't distinguish whether an allergy is confirmed or not. Will also provide definitions for all codes in the code system to make their meaning clear.

"resolved" is already a code, so that should be pretty clear.

Not sure what you mean by date of onset and resolution - those aren't typically captured for allergies and intolerances.

      Comment:

How do we specify an "active" or "resolved" allergy? The dates of onset and resolution could often unclear and the status "active" is thus useful. It would be further clarifying to distinguish the finding from the status of the allergy: ("confirmed" + "active") or ("active" + "unconfirmed")
