absolutely positively should be a vocabulary- in a field. Not even surer it should be a type. There are lots of shades of grey regarding what is a body site an how to represent ( e.g. whether laterality is included or not. And is Left heart a laterality -when describing one of the four chambers. The statement on the over view "Evolutionary development path from HL7 Version 2 and CDA - standards can co-exist and leverage each other", argues for a better tie between FHIR and V2 for messaging.
